The conditions of participation to be made in return for donations in order to watch the live broadcast of the Walnut Producers Seminar from A to Z , which will be held at Sakarya Yücesan Farm on June 04, 2022 by the Walnut Producers Association (CÜD), are as follows.

The Walnut Producers Seminar from A to Z, which will be organized by the executive board of the Walnut Producers Association, will be held with the participation of all association members and sectoral stakeholders.
Due to the space constraint in the seminar venue, the seminar can be watched simultaneously via the internet by making a donation to the Walnut Producers Association.
Participation in the Seminar Broadcast is paid.
Seminar Broadcast Participation Donation Fee: 500 TL.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, the payment made for participating in the seminar to be organized is the donation payment made to monitor the event organized for the purpose of collecting donations for the activities of the association, in accordance with the founding charter and legal regulations and regulations of the Walnut Producers Association.
Walnut Producers Association accepts payment only by credit card through the seminar page of www.ceviz.org.tr .
Following the payment by credit card, an e-mail containing all necessary information will be sent to the participants by the General Secretariat of the Walnut Producers Association.
A legal donation receipt will be issued for the payments made by Credit Card.
Conditions:
Those who make the payment as a participant for the seminar broadcast will be able to watch the seminar, which will be broadcast on the website www.ceviz.org.tr, via communication devices connected to the internet such as computers, tablet computers or mobile phones.
The seminar will be broadcasted by the technical intermediary companies that are provided with services by the Walnut Producers Association.
All kinds of technical support before, during and after the broadcast will be provided by the relevant intermediary institutions and the Walnut Producers Association cannot be held responsible for any technical problems that may occur during the broadcast.
The seminar participation donation fee paid by the participants who cannot attend the seminar for any reason on the day and time of the seminar broadcast will not be refunded.
Since the seminar is an organization that will be broadcast live, there will be session breaks during the seminar. For those who watch the broadcast during breaks between each session, lunch break, etc., information such as when the broadcast will start again will be communicated to the seminar participants via the screen.
During the Seminar Live broadcast, the Walnut Producers Association cannot be held responsible for technical problems that may occur in the participant's computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc. monitoring devices.
The Walnut Producers Association cannot be held responsible for internet access or other technical problems that may occur during the broadcast.
In case of any disruption in the broadcast, the participants will be able to watch the repetition of the seminar, which will be published on the website of the Walnut Producers Association after a technically reasonable period of time.
The Walnut Producers Association will be able to revise and/or update the seminar on the date and starting time of the seminar, based on the trainer who will make the presentation from abroad, provided that the participants are informed in advance.
They will be able to use the images recorded during the seminar in all activities of the association, including the promotion activities of the association, and share them in the written and visual media.
Participants will be deemed to have accepted that the event to be recorded is registered with their consent and approval, within the scope of KVKK.
The participant who makes the payment shall be deemed to have accepted all these conditions electronically without any further declaration or approval.
